Adam Wątor (b. 1970) is a graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carcow, where he studied from 1992 to 1997 in the studio of Professor Włodzimierz Kunz. He works in both acrylic and oil painting. His artistic inspiration comes from the human figure and emotions expressed through the body. Drawing and the depiction of the figure play an important role in his work, as does attention to detail, particularly in parts of the body such as the hands. His works are held in private collections in Poland, the United States, Norway, and Sweden.
