The first auction on the art market in Poland which presents the works of pioneering women Polish artists of the turn of the century and the interwar period, who were the first among women to receive a thorough artistic education, enabling them to compete in salons and competitions alongside men. The offer, consisting of more than 50 paintings, works on paper and prints, includes the names of female artists who have already achieved great, international success during their lifetime, and who are now highly sought after on the art market: including Anna Bilinska-Bohdanovich, Olga Boznańska, Tamara Lempicka, Zofia Stryjenska, as well as Maria Jarema with an early composition from the 1930s. In addition to the top names, we have also given space to less recognizable female artists whose work is worth introducing. The offer is characterized by stylistic diversity: from realism and impressionism, through art déco, magic realism and cubist tendencies, ending with suprematism.
