We are pleased to present you with extraordinary objects collected by His Excellency, the Ambassador of Peru Alberto Salas Barahona. For forty years, Mr. Ambassador has been devoted to expanding his collection. After discovering his passion for collecting in Paris, he moved to Vienna, Prague, and Warsaw – all while he continued collecting. The diversity of his aggregation he owes to the diplomatic nature of his career and a true passion.
Among the presented objects are decorated silvers, 19th-century sculptures, ceramics, mirrors, and wooden furniture. A unique element of the collection is a collection of uranium glass which lights up under UV light.
