The sharing of data is voluntary. The principal of processing my data is my consent. The recipients may be subjects related to DESA Unicum by capital as well as subjects providing services for DESA Unicum.

I have a right to withdraw my consent at any given moment. My data will be processed until my consent in revoked or otherwise for a maximum of 10 years post execution of contract or according to legal documents that oblige DESA Unicum to the processing of my data.

I have a right to contact administration and demand access to my data, rectification, cancellation or restriction of my data as well as the right to complain to the persons supervising.
