Pursuant to Art. 8 (1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws Dz. U. 2017.1219, consolidated text), Desa Unicum S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw at Piękna 1A (hereinafter referred to as "Desa") publishes these newsletter terms and conditions below:

 

The free-of-charge newsletter service (commercial information received via electronic means) is provided by Desa on the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions. Before agreeing to use the services of the newsletter, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
User may consent to receive commercial information from Desa by electronic means.
After agreeing to receive commercial information from Desa by electronic means, User shall periodically receive, to the e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter, electronic messages containing commercial information or services provided by Desa.
Commercial information sent by electronic means, in addition to the commercial information referred to in section3, shall include in particular: information about the sender and his or her electronic addresses, filled in the "Message Subject" specifying the content of the message, and information about the possibility and method of resignation from receiving commercial information by electronic means.
Commercial information provided via electronic means can be sent to any person who gave his or her consent to receive commercial information via electronic means and provided his or her e-mail address. User of the www.desa.pl website agrees to receive commercial information via electronic means by filling out the subscription form available on the website. After filling out the form, User immediately receives a confirmation from Desa via electronic means to the e-mail address provided in the form.
By expressing consent to receive commercial information by electronic means, User enters into an electronic service contract for sending commercial information with Desa.


If User agrees to receive commercial information via electronic means from entities with a capital link with Desa, the electronic services provided by these entities are regulated by sections 1 to 10.
User has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. User can unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email sent to User.


User's e-mail address is immediately removed from the Newsletter address database, which is confirmed by sending a notification message.


By subscribing to the newsletter, User agrees to receive advertising materials and commercial information from Desa via the newsletter within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws Dz. U. 2017.1219 consolidated text) to User's e-mail account.
