During the 1970s he was related to the stream of ‘elementary photography' in Wroclaw, and from 1984 he co-created a strong photographic environment in Jelenia Gora. He co-authored Wszechnica Fotograficzna, the Biennale of Mountain Photography. For 25 years he led the Corridor Gallery of the Centre for Culture in Jelenia Gora. Organizer and lecturer of the Higher Studio of Photography. He is considered the creator of ‘school of photography in Jelenia Gora'.
