About artist

(b. 1986)
A graduate of the Sculpture Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where he studied under Professor Janusz Antoni Pastwa. He is one of the most recognized Polish sculptors of the younger generation, whose practice combines technical precision, classical inspirations, and bold formal experimentation. His work ranges from monumental public sculptures to small, intimate forms drawn from everyday life.

He experiments with a wide variety of materials - from bronze, stone, and aluminum to fabrics, twigs, and found objects. He is known for his "guerrilla" sculptural interventions in urban space and uncompromising installation exhibitions that often provoke strong emotional reactions. The titles and placement of his works frequently serve as critical commentary on the intersection of culture and politics, institutional oppression, and imposed social norms.

What distinguishes his artistic language is a strong emotional charge - the artist engages with themes such as loneliness, alienation, loss, and inner conflict, all of which are reflected in the form and expression of his sculptures. Regardless of the medium, his works are attempts to capture the human condition and emotional states, often mirroring his own personal experiences.

He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in New York, London, Cannes, Berlin, Munich, Paris, Reykjavik, and Warsaw.
