DESA Unicum collaborates with foundations and associations to assist in fundraising for charitable purposes. Thanks to the auctions organized and conducted by DESA Unicum, over PLN 49.7 million has been raised for foundation accounts. DESA Unicum is the only company in the Polish art market that specializes in the professional organization and conduct of charity auctions.

We accept applications for charity auction organizations with a minimum of 4 months' notice.
Forms of cooperation
For the purpose of cooperation with foundations and associations for charitable purposes, we offer the following activities:
An auction coordinator from DESA Unicum, in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Auction House, prepares the auction. The charity auction takes place at the DESA Unicum premises or at a location chosen by the organizer in live form on a date selected by the auction house.
DESA Unicum undertakes to:
- prepare descriptions of items,
- develop an online auction catalog,
- conclude commission agreements for items,
- properly store and insure items from the moment of receipt until they are delivered to buyers or returned to artists if unsold,
- conduct the auction according to the rules specified in the Client Guidelines and Auction Sale Terms and Conditions applicable in the auction house on the day of the auction, taking into account customary changes concerning charitable auctions (no auction commission)
- enable participation in the bidding for items through a dedicated online application,
- provide staff and technical tools for auction management,
- settle the auction accounts,
- issue the auctioned items to the buyers,
- transfer the proceeds from the auction of items to the foundation.
DESA Unicum does not charge an auction fee, droit de suite, or import tax when organizing a charitable auction. These actions are carried out pro bono.
An auction coordinator from DESA Unicum, in cooperation with the relevant departments of the auction house, prepares the auction. The charity auction takes place in the Auction House's mobile application and on bid.desa.pl. The standard duration of the auction is two weeks, with the possibility of extending it to 3-4 weeks.

- properly store and insure items from the moment of receipt until they are delivered to buyers or returned to artists if unsold,
- conduct the auction according to the rules specified in the Client Guidelines and Auction Sale Terms and Conditions applicable in the auction house on the day of the auction, taking into account customary changes concerning charitable auctions (no auction commission)
- enable participation in the bidding for items through a dedicated online application,
- provide staff and technical tools for auction management,
- settle the auction accounts,

Utilizing the services of an auctioneer most often takes place outside the DESA Unicum premises at a location specified by the organizer. DESA Unicum offers the services of professional auctioneers who are at your disposal.
DESA Unicum provides the paid service of acquiring artworks for the charity auction specified by the organizer in order to create an auction offer. The acquisition time for artworks is approximately 4 months.
DESA Unicum provides its premises for a fee for the organization of charitable events. At the same time, DESA Unicum has a qualified event team that can provide the organization of the auction (catering and additional events).
